Use of personal data

By using our service you leave certain information with us. That may be personal data. We only store and use the personal data that is provided directly by you, in the context of the service you have requested, or for which it is clear that it is provided to us for processing. We use the following data for the purposes stated in this privacy statement (hereinafter referred to as points 1 to 5):

1) Advertising 
In addition to the information on our website, we can inform you about our new products and services:

2) Newsletter / mailing 
We offer a newsletter with which we inform interested parties about news about our products, services and related matters. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit permission. Every newsletter contains a link that you can use to unsubscribe. The newsletter subscriber file is not provided to third parties.

3) Contact form 
If you complete a contact form on the website, or send us an e-mail, we erase your personal data if the retention of that personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or to comply with legal obligations

4) Google Analytics 
We use Google Analytics to keep track of how users use our website. The information thus obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google on its servers. Read the privacy policy of Google for more information, as well as the specific privacy policy of Google Analytics. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. Finally, we have the IP addresses anonymized. Google uses this information to keep track of how our website is used, to be able to provide us with reports about the website and to be able to offer its advertisers information about the effectiveness of their campaigns. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or insofar as these third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. We have no influence on this.

5) Hubspot 
In addition to statistics from Google Analytics, we also collect data through HubSpot. This data includes browser type, IP address, website behavior, operating program that you use and the domain name of the website that you have sent to our website. We use these statistics to analyze the surfing behavior of our visitors and, based on that, to optimize our website for our users. The statistics are completely anonymous.

6) Microsoft
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. In addition, we also collect certain statistics when you read our emails. This is information about the number of times a link is clicked in our emails. We use this data to improve our mailings or to be able to correctly analyze any problems.

We periodically appoint digital marketing agents to conduct marketing activity on our behalf, such activity may result in the compliant processing of personal information.
